3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or use any service offered by i8ph. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines governing casino-style gambling. i8ph strictly enforces this requirement. Any individual who is below 21 years of age is prohibited from registering, accessing, or using the Platform.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The i8ph Platform is intended for use by individuals located within jurisdictions where access to and participation in online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction. i8ph does not make any representation that use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.
3.3 KYC Verification. All Accounts are subject to mandatory KYC verification. You must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, driver's licence, SSS card, or PhilSys national ID). i8ph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend an Account pending satisfactory completion of KYC.
3.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the i8ph Platform. Registering or operating more than one Account – whether using different email addresses, different names, or different devices – is strictly prohibited. i8ph uses technical and manual procedures to detect duplicate accounts.
3.5 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. i8ph personnel will never ask you for your password.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify i8ph immediately via live chat support if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. i8ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials, except to the extent caused by i8ph's own negligence.
4.3 Personal Use Only. Your Account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your Account or any funds, bonuses, or winnings associated with it to any other party.
4.4 Accurate Account Information. You are responsible for ensuring that your Account information, including your contact details and payment methods, remains accurate and current throughout the life of your Account.
5.1 Accepted Methods. i8ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). i8ph reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
5.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the cashier page of the Platform at the time of the transaction. These amounts may be updated from time to time.
5.3 Deposit Funding. All funds deposited into your i8ph Wallet must come from a payment account registered in your own name. i8ph will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from unverified or mismatched accounts may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Before processing a withdrawal, i8ph may require complete KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. i8ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing withdrawal funds, particularly for large amounts.
5.5 No Credit. i8ph does not offer credit, loans, or any form of financing to Players. You may only wager funds that are already present in your Wallet as a result of completed deposits.
5.6 Processing Times. Deposit processing times vary by payment method. E-wallet transactions (GCash, PayMaya) typically reflect within seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the bank's processing schedule. Withdrawal processing times are displayed in the cashier and may vary based on payment method, volume, and any applicable verification requirements.
6.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers made available by i8ph are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. Eligibility may require a minimum deposit, minimum bet, specific game play, or other conditions. i8ph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions for each promotion are set out in the relevant promotion terms.
6.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available to each eligible Player once only. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times, including through duplicate accounts, constitutes a breach of these Terms.
6.4 Abuse of Promotions. i8ph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim Bonus Funds or winnings, and to close an Account, if it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting promotional mechanics, or placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements.
6.5 Modification and Withdrawal. i8ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Any modifications will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account prior to the modification.
7.1 Game-Specific Rules. Each game available on the i8ph Platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between general Platform terms and a game's specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game.
7.2 RNG Certification. All RNG (random number generator) games on the i8ph Platform – including slots, virtual table games, and specialty games – use certified random number generation software audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Published RTP (return to player) values reflect verified long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session results.
7.3 Live Dealer Games. Live casino games are broadcast in real time and governed by the rules of each respective game as presented by the live dealer. In the unlikely event of a technical disruption during a live game session, i8ph will follow a defined resolution procedure that may include voiding the affected round and returning stakes to Players' Wallets.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcomes, i8ph's decision regarding the resolution of the affected rounds shall be final. i8ph shall not be liable for losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

10.1 Ownership. 10.2 Limited Licence. i8ph grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
10.3 Restrictions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without i8ph's prior written consent. You may not use any i8ph branding, trade marks, or logos for any purpose without express written authorisation.
11.1 No Guarantee of Availability. i8ph provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavour to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.
11.2 Limitation of Financial Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, i8ph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your Wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Exclusions. i8ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if i8ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.4 Internet and Device Issues. i8ph is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from internet connectivity failures, device failures, browser incompatibility, or other technical issues on your side that affect your ability to access or use the Platform.
11.5 Gambling Losses. i8ph shall not be liable for gambling losses incurred by a Player through the use of the Platform. All games involve risk and past performance does not guarantee future results. Gambling decisions are made solely by the Player.
12.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your i8ph Account at any time by contacting live chat support. Prior to closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any required verification.
12.2 i8ph's Right to Suspend or Close. i8ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
12.3 Forfeiture of Funds. Where an Account is closed due to confirmed fraud, misrepresentation, prohibited conduct, or a violation of these Terms, i8ph reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the relevant Account. i8ph will report such cases to PAGCOR and, where applicable, to law enforcement authorities.
12.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. i8ph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts as described in the fee schedule published on the Platform.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 Regulatory Recourse. i8ph operates under the jurisdiction of PAGCOR. Players who have unresolved complaints against i8ph may raise these with PAGCOR through its official complaint channels. i8ph cooperates fully with all PAGCOR investigations.
13.3 Dispute Resolution Process. Before escalating any dispute to external authorities, Players are encouraged to contact i8ph's support team via live chat to attempt resolution. i8ph aims to resolve all customer complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If internal resolution is not satisfactory, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority.
13.4 Language. These Terms and Conditions are written in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
14.1 Right to Amend. i8ph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where amendments are material, i8ph will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or Platform notification.
14.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account.
